I’m Shubham, and Devine Stories started as a personal habit — reading and re-reading the old stories of Shiva, Vishnu, Hanuman, and the goddesses that my grandmother / family / village told me growing up. Somewhere along the way, I started writing them down so I wouldn’t forget the details, and then started sharing them so others wouldn’t have to search for them scattered across a dozen different sites.

Today, Devine Stories is where I share:

• Mythology and stories (कहानियाँ) — the tales of our gods, goddesses, and asuras, told simply and accurately, in both Hindi and English.
• Chalisa and Aarti collections — for daily puja and devotion.
• HD devotional wallpapers — Mahadev, Krishna, Hanuman, and more, for your phone and desktop.
• Festival guides — the real meaning and mythology behind Janmashtami, Rakshabandhan, and other Hindu festivals.

I’m not a scholar or a priest — just someone who loves these stories and wants to keep them alive for people who, like me, grew up hearing them but never had them written down in one trustworthy place. Where I reference specific scriptures or traditions, I try to stay accurate to the source material rather than rewriting mythology to fit a trend.
